MISSION 2: WISHFUL THINKING MISSION

      

        WELL-DONE! It's great you made it to the second level! 

The challenge is getting harder ... For this mission, you will need an ally to accomplish challenges 1, 2, 3 and 4 . Try to find the right companion to overcome these obstacles.

On completion of all the challenges with your ally, you will be awarded 5 POINTS each.

Your deadline is Friday, February 19th.

  Did you note there is an extra bonus at this level? 

If you manage to work in groups to successfully overcome the extra-challenges you will be awarded 5 more POINTS. Just remember to include all group members in your posts.

      How likely is it for him to get the money?

      Is it a real situation?

      Look at this complete sentence:

      Which part expresses an imaginary situation and which one expresses a hypothetical  result?

We use second conditionals to talk about imaginary situations and their hypothetical consequences.

EXTRA BONUS:

Extra-challenge 1:  Imagine you had the power to change the world. In groups of 3 or 4, write a few sentences saying what you would change and how? Here are some ideas:

If I/we could change the world, I/we would make all evil people become good.

If I/we could change the world, I/we would forbid weapons and any kind of violence.

If I/we could change the world, I/we would develop green and  sustainable energy sources.

Extra-challenge 2:  Read  the other groups' sentences, choose the best one and suggest ways in which they could be implemented.

For example: I f we could change the world, we would close down all arm factories and abolish the right to bear arms.
